Previously a Pitt Chemical & Sanitary Supply Co., this construction site was transformed into a luxurious 32 unit condominium building now known as The Refinery Condominium. The building was historically preserved with the use of the exterior bricks and huge ceilings, interior large columns and large windows. 

The  building's top floor opens to a complete lounge with a wall size reproduction of the Pitt Chemical & Sanitary Supply Co's signage and a sketch of William Penn. Some amenities include an oversized gym, an outdoor terrace, on site parking and fire pit stations for the residents' enjoyment and magnificent views of the Pittsburgh skyline.
